Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
FREE standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
The $50 minimum is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the email address or phone number entered at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. Literally Beauty by Dessa is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Literally Beauty by Dessa is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We will assist with available order or tracking information when possible.
